To take up with long-year traditions does not mean just to emphasize this fact, but also actively to cooperate with it. For us this tradition is personified above all by people, professionals in their area.

Professionals are not for us just employees with long-year experience in their area, but also young capable people who bring new creative elements, especially invention and dynamics, into the design process. It is just the combination of experience with dynamics and creativity which enables us to deliver the highest possible value to our customers.

We are fully aware of these facts and therefore we are seeking for these professionals and employ them. One of the possibilities which we use very intensively for recruiting new professionals and also for maintaining contact with academic and scientific world is a cooperation with VUT Brno, Faculty of technology in Zlin, with ČVUT Prague, VZLÚ Prague and also with IASTE, a student organization through which we enable exchange residence for the students from the above mentioned universities.

A competitive advantage is for us especially inventiveness of our people and therefore we are giving them space. The common procedure is for us not only delivering agreed solution with all necessary arrangements, but also suggestion of new effective solutions.
