When installing, replacing or repairing the brake caliper bodies, the brake caliper cuff may be fitted incorrectly, which may cause the brake system to malfunction
Manufacturers of the SkyView (Dynon) and G3X (Garmin) systems have issued service bulletins (Dynon Service Bulletin 050620E, Garmin 2069 Rev. A), whereby prescribe the inspection of Kavlico P/N P4055-15G-E4A, P4055-50G-E4A or P4055-150G-E4A fluid pressure sensors. The reason for the inspection is the fact that a small number of Kavlico manufactured fluid pressure sensors have leaked. Kavlico P / N P4055-15G-E4A is used in Dynon SkyView and G3X system installations as a fuel pressure sensor.
The engine manufacturer (ROTAX) has issued Service Bulletin SB-912-076UL ordering the replacement of the fuel pump nipple fittings. The reason for the replacement is the fact that a certain number of fuel pump nipple fittings were installed using a lubricant instead of the prescribed thread sealant LOCTITE 577 Yellow.
This bulletin replaces the cancelled bulletin EV 97-039a SPORTSTAR-040a Harmony LSA-017. This bulletin corrects a numbering error.
The engine manufacturer (ROTAX) has issued Service Bulletin
SB-912-076UL ordering the replacement of the fuel pump
nipple fittings. The reason for the replacement is the fact that a
certain number of fuel pump nipple fittings were installed using
a lubricant instead of the prescribed thread sealant LOCTITE
577 Yellow.
Unification of the strength class of the fastening bolts in the joint of the engine and the engine mount hinges and the resulting minimization of the possibility that these bolts will be accidentally interchanged.
Increasing the safety of the oil system of THE ROTAX 912 ULS2 / S2 series engines by installing the PYROJACKET PJA 14 protective sleeves on the oil system hoses.
